Synergistic and Professional Activities

While teaching Mechanics of Solids for undergraduates (E126) and Introduction to Micro and Nano Electromechanical Systems (ME573) for graduate students, new course such as

Design and Fabrication of Nano and Micro Systems has also been developed for the Nanotechnology Graduate Curriculum- a new interdisciplinary program launched at Stevens; Designing and establishing the Micro Device Lab at the Design and Manufacturing Institute at Stevens, a half-million project funded by the Army’s Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), including the clean room design, equipment layout and acquiring from purchase and donation; Served as proposal reviewer for National Science Foundation and Department of Energy; and also served as peer reviewer for Science, Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, Nanotechnology, Smart Materials and Structures,  Measurement Science and Technology,  Members of ASME, IEEE, MRS, ASEE
